Apply for Utility Services
Start or transfer water, sewer, and storm sewer utilities.
Renters: A $150 deposit is required.

File a Landlord Agreement
All landlords must have a signed agreement on file with the City.

Enroll in Automatic Bank Pay
Set up automatic payment for utility and garbage/recycling services.
Payments are withdrawn around the 20th of each month.
Register a Dog or Cat
All pets must be registered.
Required: Proof of rabies vaccination and applicable fee.

Rent Picnic Tables
Park shelters are not reservable (first-come, first-served).
Picnic tables can be rented in advance.

Permits are required for all major construction or remodeling.

Fee: $100. A hearing will be scheduled with the Board of Adjustment.

Apply for a Door-to-Door Sales | Transient Permit
All peddlers, solicitors, or transient merchants must apply before conducting business.

Apply to Remove a Tree from the Right-of-Way
A permit is required to remove any tree located in the public right-of-way.
Submit the completed form and any required documentation to City Hall for review and approval.

Apply to Plant a Tree in the Right-of-Way
Residents must obtain a permit to plant a tree in the public right-of-way or parking area. Tree species must be selected from the Cityβs approved list, and planting regulations must be followed as outlined in the permit.
