Important Information
Claims are reviewed to determine if the damage was caused by direct contact with City equipment. Mailboxes damaged by pushed snow or other indirect causes are not eligible for replacement.
If approved, the City will repair or replace the mailbox or reimburse material costs up to $100 with receipt submission.
