Apply to Remove a Tree from the Right-of-Way

A permit is required to remove any tree located in the public right-of-way.
Submit the completed form and any required documentation to City Hall for review and approval.

Apply to Plant a Tree in the Right-of-Way

Residents must obtain a permit to plant a tree in the public right-of-way or parking area. Tree species must be selected from the City’s approved list, and planting regulations must be followed as outlined in the permit.
