Public Works Director - Scott Niemeier
I was born and raised in Holstein.  I graduated from Galva-Holstein High School in 1989 and Iowa Lakes Community College in 1991 in Automotive Technician School.  I started working for the City in April 1991.  I have been a member of the Holstein Fire Department since 1999.  I enjoy golfing in my spare time.

I have lived in Holstein since 2003.  I drove truck over the road for 20+ years before working at First Coop for three years.  I started working for the City September 2015.
