Administrator - Kay Hanson
I grew up on a farm in rural West Concord, Minnesota before coming to Holstein.  I have three married children, two grandchildren and four foster grandchildren.  I have worked in City government since 2002, starting as City Clerk and then City Administrator for the City of West Concord.  In my spare time I enjoy camping, playing keyboard and singing on Worship Team at CrossRidge Evangelical Free Church, participating in a book group discussion and volunteering at the State Theatre as well as Lohff-Schumann activities.  I came to Holstein as City Administrator in April 2016.  My passion is to see the City of Holstein grow and prosper and I have enjoyed working closely with the Mayor, City Council, staff; businesses and organizations to accomplish this goal.

Deputy Clerk - Renee’ Leonard
I started my career with the City December 2009. I enjoy my job and my coworkers are a great team to work with.  All of the staff members strive to do their best for Holstein and to promote our community.  Holstein is a nice town that has a wide variety of businesses and amenities for everyone.  I came to Holstein forty-two years ago because my future husband Greg was born and raised on a farm NW of Holstein.  We wanted to live in this area and raise our family here.  We have four married children and fourteen grandchildren who all live close by.  We live on our acreage west of Correctionville.
